The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you’ll need to prepare your favorite meals. The dining area is perfect for enjoying meals with family or friends, and if you prefer to dine outdoors, you can do so on the terrace by the pool.

The house features bright and spacious bedrooms, each tastefully decorated with attention to detail and fitted with comfortable beds to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bathrooms are modern and stylish, offering all the comforts you need.

You’ll find all essential services just around the corner: supermarkets, bus stops, and access to the Turia riverbed for biking. Plus, it’s less than a 5-minute walk from the Serranos Towers and Valencia’s historic city center.

The Space

The house accommodates up to 9 people. Bed distribution:

• 1 bedroom with a double bed (2 people)
• 1 bedroom with a double bed (2 people)
• 1 bedroom with a double bed (2 people)
• 1 common area with a workspace where an inflatable mattress for two can be placed (2 people)
• 1 sofa bed suitable for one person or a child Please inquire in advance for arrangements for 8-9 people.

Other Important Information

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE RULES:

• No parties or loud noise, as this can disturb the neighbors.
• Respect the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
• Remember to turn off the air conditioning when you leave the property.
• Take care of the property and its contents.
• Keep common areas clean.
• We do not accept groups of young people or guests under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a guardian.
• No pets allowed.
• Please leave furniture clean and organized and dispose of your trash before leaving.
• Upon departure, leave the keys on the table inside the apartment and close the door. Failure to comply with these rules may result in a fine.
• Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. If you plan to arrive later, please contact us in advance.

NOTE: It’s important that all guests provide their IDENTIFICATION OR PASSPORT NUMBER so we can keep a record of who is staying in our property.

• If you need a crib or high chair for a baby, please request it in advance; there is an additional charge of €20 (subject to availability).
