Carmela House on Malvarrosa Beach
A restaurant with history in Valencia, they started in a barrack on the beach in the 20s. In the 70s they reformed the place, becoming one of the most famous places for the rice and paella cooked on firewood. It is a good option to taste paellas with the “socarrat”, rice in different ways. And for starters we recommend the salad from the garden or Valencian tomato and grilled octopus.
